A small studio. A deliberate portfolio.
Making life better, one app at a time.
The Studio
Paper Sparrow is a small app studio based in Panama. We don't chase trends or build for the market. We identify real moments in people's lives that deserve better tools, and we make them — thoughtfully, beautifully, and with deep respect for the people who will use them every day.
Our slate is focused. Each app addresses a different corner of everyday life — from managing your home, to raising your children, to living fully in the second half. Every product we ship is a statement about what software can feel like when it's made for people first.
Paper Sparrow, Inc. is incorporated in the Republic of Panama, a sister company of Stack Republic under Tres Olivos Group.
The Work
Your home, remembered.
A local-first property diary for homeowners, landlords, and property managers. Log issues by zone, track them to resolution, attach photos, and loop in contractors — all from your phone. No account, no cloud, no noise.
The next corner of everyday life
We build one thing at a time, and we build it well. More is in the works — different domains, the same conviction that software can be made for people first.
Announcements coming.
Every product decision at Paper Sparrow flows from three convictions. They are not aspirational — they are constraints. We don't ship things that violate them.
We don't optimize for engagement. We optimize for the feeling a person has at the end of the day because our app was part of it. Retention means trust, not addiction.
The apps we build are small enough that we can care about every screen, every word, every transition. We choose that scale deliberately. A few things done with full attention beats many things done carelessly.
Every decision starts with your interests — how the app behaves, what it asks of you, how it earns its keep. We design for clarity and treat your attention as something to be earned, your time as something to be returned. The test is simple: we build software we'd happily put in our own families' hands.
The door is open. Write us, ring us, or come by the studio — we read everything that lands here.
